  • Searchable Central Repository

Exploded diagrams and correct order information for all your products.

The Tweddle® Electronic Parts Catalogue provides a searchable central product repository. Service and repair technicians can use it to find, select and order the (spare) part needed for their interventions.

Platform-as-a-Service for exploded diagrams of the whole product range.

A platform with Electronic Parts Information shown in exploded diagrams and integrated with the public website. The ERP information provides the right product source data and is compared with the parts visualizer. The order module allows identification of the right part and reference for ordering.

Bill of Material (BOM) Integration

The Bill of Material is an essential part of the Electronic Parts Catalogue eco-system. Every line of the bill of materials includes the product code, part name, part number, part revision, description, quantity, unit of measure, size, length, weight, and specifications or features of the product. We integrate that knowledge from the ERP or equivalent system as the source references for our parts catalog.

Product Search – Web Interface

The Electronic Parts Catalogue is stored in a central repository and is integrated with a platform interface to look up the parts via an easy search or can even be integrated with your website or portal environment.

Exploded diagrams

Exploded diagrams show how a product can be assembled and how the separate parts fit together, with dotted lines showing where the parts slide into place. Tweddle® assists in optimizing your existing exploded diagrams or creates them from your raw engineering data.

Parts ordering module

When a certain part is identified as being needed to repair, the platform makes preselection of the order items easy. A user can simply select the needed items in an order basket. As many companies have different parts ordering logic, we can interface with them in a prepopulated manner via our ordering module.
